Important Schedule & Fee Information
Important Class Information
ONLY CLASS PARENTS are permitted to stay in the buildings during class time. This is a requirement
of our Insurance and Building Permits. We appreciate your cooperation.
- All dance & Jr. Musical classes are held at Bayview Elementary. Drama-Plays is held at Udall Rd. MS
- Registration/Insurance fee of $20 per student enrolled is required. This is non-refundable and in addition to class
tuition. (This is a per student fee not per class fee.) - Dance Class tuition is $240 per class. Jr. Musical tuition is $260. Drama class tuition is $200. (plus non-refundable
$20 Registration/Insurance Fee per student) - Visit the PAYMENTS page for more information regarding deposits, payments and refund schedules.
- Please remember - this is a tentative schedule subject to enrollment.
- Dance Class Tuition includes - weekly class, t-shirt, costume, tights, and year end trophies.
- Drama/Jr. Musical Tuition includes class, script, t-shirt and end of year trophy. Families are asked to help in
making/providing costumes. - Appropriate shoes are not included, and are the dancer’s responsibility. Appropriate footwear in class and for the
recital is required. Required recital shoe colors will be posted by the end of October. - Jeans and street clothes are not permitted, age appropriate dancewear is encouraged.
- There will be 2 Recital performances and students are expected to perform in both shows.
- Recital tickets will be sold online at the end of April - initial sales will be 5 tickets per family per performance. Any
remaining tickets will be first come first served.
Important Class Information
- PreK class is 45 minutes long, 3-5 years old, students must be potty trained. This is a drop-off program - parents may
not wait in the building during class time. - 1-2 Tap & Jazz - we will provide “WICA Owned” Jazz shoes to be borrowed during class for those who do not wish to
purchase their own. (Shoes remain in the building & can not be taken home.) Tap shoes must be purchased. - Jr. MUSICAL meets twice per week.
- COMPANY classes require participation in at least one other Dance or Drama class.
- DRAMA-PLAYS meets once a week at Udall Rd. MS
- DANCING DADS - Dads of all students are invited to join our Dancing Dads FREE class. Registration opens in July
classes begin January 2019.

| CLASS PARENTS As always we ask you to remember that this is a community program that depends on parent support and participation to succeed. All PreK - Grade 5 classes require class parent volunteers. Responsibilities vary depending on age of participants. Any class that does not have sufficient parental participation will be cancelled. There will be a Class Parent meeting in September (TBA) and our Insurance requires all parent volunteers to participate in mandatory background check.
