Students enrolled in 1 class should be paid in full at this time
Students in 2 classes - 1/2 tuition is due
Students in 3 or more classes - 1/3 tuition is due

SEPTEMBER 1

Students enrolled in 1 class -  if balance is not paid credit card on file will be charged
Students in 2 classes - remaining balance is due
Students in 3 or more classes - next 1/3 tuition is due

 First Day of Classes for Dance and Jr. Musical

 3rd & Final Payment Installment Due:
All balances should be paid in full at this time. If not, credit card on file will automatically

 NO CLASSES - Bayview PTA Blood Drive

 Last Day to Add, Withdraw or Transfer Classes
No refunds will be processed after this date.

PLEASE NOTE : Our schedule is based on the availability of Bayview Elementary School
When school is closed, our classes are canceled.    Changes in school or PTA events can have a direct
impact on our schedule.  We will do our best to keep you posted of any changes as they
occur, and appreciate your patience.

THERE ARE NO MAKEUP CLASSES.  This is a community program that offers amazing instruction at
incredibly discounted rates based upon our use of public school facilities.  We do not control
district events and understand that our use of space is secondary to school and PTA sponsored events.

Snow / Weather Related closings - messages will be sent VIA email & REMIND Text Messaging.  
Please check messages frequently during inclement weather.
